I feel as though this article does a great job at emphasizing the importance of showing young people how limitless the realm of their possibilities truely are. Also, the technique he uses to choose internships seems productive as well as essential in weaving out slackers and only selecting those individuals who are leaders and portray a good sense of work ethic. On another note, the idea of selecting interns via facebook seems over-rated and in my opinion would be overlooked by the majority of students searching for an internship.
